Someone who loves to create arguments because he loves it. He tries to make people mad for his own entertainment..... e.g: Someone asks on forum "What the hell are those @'s doing. Do we even need them". Then everyone argues on what @'s do and don't do while the guy who asked the question is just in front of his computer laughing...... |
