i would think the higher his leadership percentage was that his ability to captain the team would be greater,
his technique would be how capable he was at completing a shot,pass,tackle etc (higher the better)
and exp i believe is as it goes up you get more skills available(player raised his level message)

We've thought long and hard about what a player with good leadership is. Found nothing.
