If you have a higher quality coach secretary, does he find players that a lesser quality guy would not have found? Otherwise, what difference does it make what quality he is? |

yes, and he returns from searches faster. For instance, I have a 99% coaches secretary. If I start a search between the top of the hour and 15 minutes after the hour, he will return the first batch of players on the top of the next hour, and again on the following hour. So, in theory, you could use your coaches secretary to return batches of players on every hour, all day long at that level. Coaches secretary and scout above 95% have this quality. Others simply return the players faster or slower in a set amount of time from when you started the search.
