Is there any particular age, that i should stop training my players at? sao as to stop them from reducing in fitness etc? Also, if a player isn't in my playing 11,will he train? |

training is not influenced by fitness, fitness is not influenced by training. Here is how the two work 1) fitness/stamina fitness is increased by resting players (1 point per day) and by running a physiotherapist. You'll want at least a 70% physiotherapist to be sure your players recover. stamina is ONLY recovered by resting players. You can lose up to 20 stamina points by playing a squad 100% effort if your fitness is at 99. If the fitness is lower, you'll lose more stamina. Low-stamina teams literally can't move and look like slugs in the simulator. 2) training training is affected by (a) starting line-up (100% base motivation), sub list (75% base motivation), and reserves (50% base motivation) (b) coach and junior coach quality (c) player progression (d) player age Older players progress more slowly. |

Oh..k... So suppose my forwards r training,i shud prefer keeping the older forwards in reserves instead of training them? Will it help them? though,my old defenders can still stay in the line up,and wont be affected. Am i right? |
