Two questions: 1/ I have a couple of juniors ready to be promoted but no 'P' icon appears next to them. 2/ When promoting juniors who are re-signed do you get the chance to re-sign them again as a senior straight after they are promoted in order to up their release clause to a more suitable level to help insure against a hostile bid? 1. The P button will be there tomorrow 2. When you promote them you are immediately given the salary increase option. |
