I have an idea: what about an instant sell option - where essentially you could 'break' the contract of a player instantly allowing them to become a free agent and available for purchase on the market place. in order to do it, you would have to pay them 2 week salary (like firing a staff member) and in return you would sell them for 25% of the average last 5 AUCTION price (not hostile clause). the player would instantly available in the market starting at 0 but would be a free agent. you would get 25% of the price, but wouldnt have to wait for the market. this option would only be available for a player below the age of 30 so people dont just hold on to their older players and break their contracts because they wouldn't get any money for them in auction. just a thought |

or.. you can break the contract.. player goes to market for normal 3 days, starting zero.. and you get 25% of whatever he is sold at.. or, the player goes to market... thats it! no money to original player |
