Dose a players fitness drop from lack of training? If so,will his fitness improve with regular training? Or, the only way to regain fitness is to use your physio? |

Is a players fitness directly connected to the amount of training they have completed recently? | 25/12/2011 09:00 |

So say a player's fitness is low. Will that directly affect the amount of training?(i.e. would that make him train slower?) | 25/12/2011 10:44 |

No. Training is based on coach, motivation, training type and progression. | 25/12/2011 10:50 |
