Ball boy
As per topic,

Lets say another manager paid hostile clause for my player who is leading the top scorer chart in my division just before the last game of the season.

So, my question is :
1. Will the player's score count for his new team's league or last team's league?
2. If there's an award from the game, who will get it? old team or new team?

If both answer is the new team.. that's suckss real bad.

But he may not be the highest scorer in his new division. Anyway I've seen this before, I mean, people buying lower division strikers that usually gets higher scores in a less competitive group, so as to get the GB at the end of the season... 24/12/2011 19:21

He must be top scorer at his new group in order to get 25 GB

MVP of the game
That's why you should pay your good player's decent money.3.5M was a very low wage to pay a guy who scored most of your goals and he was not even a striker but a OM.I think you were lucky to have kept him in your team until the end of the season.
On the plus side you got extra money to strengthen your squad for next season so go find some new players and all will be well.
when I lost player's when getting used to the hostile clause I was gutted but the money I got helped to build my team.

Its not about paying the right salary for the player or getting underpaid from the hostile clause.

Its just the game mechanic (regarding to this matter) that is flawed and subject to abuse when the season is ending. Top Scorer, Top Recoveries..i just lost 2 player because they have nice goals and recoveries stat, not because of the their quality.

Plus, low divisions club don't have enough income to pay 1 guy salary nicely yet..Higher divisions will abuse this over and over to beat their league 'real top scorer' by buying out other division's 'top scorer'.

That's what I was trying to explain in my poor English.
I've also been hostiled, even this season as a 3rd div team I've lost a good player, the only thing you can do is trying to use that money with inteligence to improve your team.

Substitute
We know admin in this game is very, very strict with cheat..even for small thing they will catch us,and fined the manager..but in another way the develover make 'cheat thing' or 'unfair thing'(like this thing)and they make it legal in the system.. 27/12/2011 05:59

Golden Ball
what you describe is relatively uncommon, I would hardly consider it a cheat. The player gets 25 golden balls, which is enough to check the forecasts on 2 players and rename 5. Very few will think it worth the cost of hostiling a player. 30/12/2011 03:54
