I have found a few excel's making the rounds but see that the percentages are the old training's. Does anyone have a link to a layout of the new percentages. |

Does this still hold true though: Progression (Approximate) = Today's Change / (player motivation * Yesterday Training * Coaching %) Progression*motivation*yesterday Training*coach = change |

Progression had become a lot more difficult to calculate as it slows the better your player gets. So any calculation won't be accurate forever. | 24/12/2011 17:06 |

No, as said before it's much more difficult than that. The higher a certain characteristic gets the more difficult it becomes to improve. | 24/12/2011 17:26 |

So there's no exact science, well there is but I'm sure the developers and a choosen few keep close to their chest. So where would the art be behind the best way to improve your players? |

There is an exact science, there has to be a formula, it's just a matter of figuring out the formula, something i intend to do | 24/12/2011 21:01 |
