I Cant See Any Difference In Having A 85% Staff Member Or A 20% One ?? What Really Is The Difference ?? |

depends on the staffer. scout/coach secretary/doctor = complete task quicker psych/physio = give you more points back coach/youth coach = higher training (85% = 4.25x better than 20%) Finance = Better offers. |

if they are out less than 4 weeks, an 94+ doctor will heal him in 2 days. i had a guy with a torn ACL last season (out 12 weeks) He was back in 10 days. |
