+1 to Practice's answer. I have seen it first hand. It's a real pisser when you have Jr's come back from Temp Promo, only to mess up your entire Jr formation, and cause half of those players to have 22% Motivation, including the two that were just with the Sr team, and should have a huge Motivation bonus. If you must play a different GK, it would be better, Motivation wise, to just put him on the Sub bench. That way, he'll have about an 80 Motivation, and when you run your Saves or whatever training, he'll still get a good amount of it. Edited by Mozleron 22-12-2011 07:42 |

Train your seniors in a different position like ball control or something and wait till your GK improve his motivation after his next game to train him. |
