 A live-ly crowd with some gallores in the air Dee's Detective travel to Russia for a match against Tim's team. A shimerring roar of victory echo inside Zorky Stadium, though not everyone joinning the scream. Manager Dee's Detective still think his team is under-performing even with a 8-0 win.

<ee12345> Atrocious. If I could, I would fine them all two weeks wages. Infact, if I could, I would fine them EVERY WEEK.
<ee12345> We managed to get the result, but the passing, the movement, and some of the finishing was akin to that of a Division 7 team.

<Andreas_boas> Q> which 'hole's' that you think you need to 'patch up' ?
<ee12345> At the moment? I would say the most important positions are the GK, LB, RB, both CDFs, The entire Midfield, and both forwards.
<ee12345> But luckily for them, the Chairman's strategy does not include many new signings, so most of them will have the opportunity to prove themselves in the forthcoming games.

<Andreas_boas> so your saying all of your player arent match for you criteria
<ee12345> No. Dee's Detectives are a team that require excellence at all times. These Sub-par performances are simply intolerable
<ee12345> We have high aspirations to reach the top of this game, and to have a stadium, team, and set of fans to match.
<ee12345> Playing so badly against a Division 6 System Bot team is simply not acceptable
<ee12345> it is more of an amalgamation of mediocrity and abysmal football

<Andreas_boas> but would'nt it affect ur players morale,they did get result but underestmating them...isnt it a bit harsh ?
<ee12345> Yes, That is the only silver lining on the horizon. The result. Time and time again they have managed to get results - But whilst that may work now, it is in the higher divisions where such a performance would see us lose
<ee12345> The aim for Dee's Detectives is two fold
<ee12345> 1 - is to win Division 1.
<ee12345> 2 - is to investigate. And I shall be investigating this performance further

<Andreas_boas> i see, a high caliber manager such as yourself would think all of this trough
<ee12345> I wouldn't call myself a high calibre manager, simply because I haven't been given an opportunity to prove myself yet. My team have shown that they can mix it up with the likes of mfind, and bojan - some of the best managers in the game.
<ee12345> but we tend to let our concentration levels dip at the face of these so-called 'smaller teams'

<Andreas_boas> what about the opposing side,do they give a challenge before matchday to you ?
<ee12345> The teams in our league, barring Carmona FC simply DO NOT provide any challenge whatsoever.

<Andreas_boas> last questioned....what would you want to see in you players if they got a chance to meet some of the top football club in the world (SM) ?
<ee12345> That's a preposterous question. From a Preposterous interviewer. Are you really asking me that? You need to talk to your boss, and ask him to send you on a course. Though I doubt 1% will make a difference. Goodbye.
