i have asked one or two questions about awards before regarding things like unique achievements such as undeafeated all season etc. this question is....... whats happens with the players in the awards screen at the end of the season? specifically, player of the season etc. im wondering because i have 7 players of mine out of the possible 11 nominations for the top performers/best 11, also it happens to be one of mine that actually is player of the season at the moment in my league. Q. will that player have that award on his profile throughout his career from the end of the season onward????? i ask because it may be influencial when selling or buying a player if the players have these achievements on theyr records. |

It won't go on your record, mainly because being undefeated can be just the same as not having good competition. Player of the season doesn't count for anything either. This is because in the old simulator sometimes players could be injured early and be given high ratings for having not made a mistake. Perhaps they will add this, but I don't really see it becoming a selling point. |

i understand what you mean just like in real life situation where they give two awards like in english premiership where they have the young player award and the PFA AWARD. im surprised to hear that golden balls are awarded for top goal scorer but not top player. defence is just as importand as goals scored, afterall.... with a clean sheet, your guarenteed points even if you have no posession or shots. although there may have been the old simulator issue regarding injuries etc,surely it cant be too difficult to add the reward to what should be the most prestigeous award/title a player can achieve in a season |

wesleyfranklin said: yeah thats what i think too.give golden balls to the best players in each position at the end of the season. aswell as the overall best player. there must be some sorts of rewards for things like that and "most recoveries", "most assists" etc.... im not sayin golden balls should be dished out for everything but maybe a finacial reward for the lesser ones or at very least, the achievement should go onto a players profile. |
