Well, it's not the most impressive information, but there is a simple formula for calculating progression of LW/RW.

Here's the formula:

train Corner Kicks and then:

progression = leadership improvement/(motivation * coach % * 3.46)

Here it is step by step:

1) train corner kicks
2) note the amount that your LW or RW's leadership stat improves (NOT overall average, although the two should be similar, off by a factor of 10)
3) note the motivation of that player (should be higher than 75% to be accurate, so play the guy in your starting lineup for most accurate calculations)
4) note your coaches % (on the staff page, hover mouse over the soccer balls next to his name)
5) plug in values.

So, for example, if your player improved 3.03, with motivation 107%, your coach is 99%, the formula is:

progression = 3.03/(.99*1.07*3.46)

= 3.03/3.665178
= .8266
= 82.66% progression

This value will be +/- 3% to 7% depending on your coach and motivation.

This formula only works for players with leadership values < 60%. Above that the improvement gradually slows, and another method must be used (until we crack that part of the formula).

Enjoy!

Also, is your progression calculator (chiaraquartet.net) updated with latest values?
