The players I gave out on loan hoping that they will improve their average or at least gain some experience are now being managed by System Bots. It's either they do not play at all or they play until they drop dead. They should seriously consider allowing for the recall of players. I will put it in the suggestions area even though I know it may never be read. 12/12/2011 12:44

I just read this and I agree, I have two players out on loan who have not played a single minute this season and their stats have dropped massively. I wish we could recall players too...

I don't know about recalling players, because that somewhat defeats the purpose of an arrangement like this. That being said, if a team gets retained or a manager quits, I think the players should be returned to their original teams immediately. 13/12/2011 17:43

I think there should be a clause in the arrangement so that when the player's Morale or Fitness drops below a certain level, the original team can recall the player. 13/12/2011 18:10

I disagree. In sending a player out for loan, you risk him not being trained, played, or winning regardless of the agreement you have with another manager. If you want the benefits of the other teams training, you have to take this risk. Putting things like this in place means minimizing the risk, which I don't think is right. If you don't want this to happen, perhaps you shouldn't loan a player to someone you don't know, or can't trust! 13/12/2011 18:18

Well, this is not a major concern but if the manager I loaned my player to has been replaced by a Bot, I should be able to get my player back. Even in real football, loaned players can be recalled. 13/12/2011 18:37

Agree totally, system bots should immediately return loaned players.

With live managers, maybe 2-3 times a season where the loan can be renewed to avoid this type of thing.

And what happens when a manger stop training that position. I have loaned out a midfielder and only improved 1.5 average points so far. 13/12/2011 22:04

As I say, two to three check points a season where your coaching secretary says. "Do you want xxxxxx to return from Manchester United or leave him there", otherwise the loaned to manager doesn't know when the recall is going to happen.

Other option could be recall at any time but need to give 2 weeks(or one week notice).
