Does it matter the quality of a nation when building a school? I know germany is superior but does it matter if i build it in a foreign nation that is cheaper? Thanks |

Fewer balls = lower quality. Lower population = more time between player generation. Lower quality School = Lower quality player. so there you have it. Regular School in 5 ball country with low population = italy takes a number 2 on my doorstep every 10 days or so. |
