Hello. When you look at players in schools, there are soccer balls that signify progression What does that mean? That he goes to that experience? (78%=78 overall?) Thanks |

Progression is how fast the player will grow. It's also a general indicator as to their peak average. So when players train, the formula is Motivation X Coach % X Training (running, sprint, shots on goal, etc) X Progression (did I forget one? I feel like I forgot one). So the higher the progression obviously the better. |
