Hover your mouse over the help icon in the top right, it will tell you a lot. Or check FAQ (prolly in there somewhere) Course increase 1%, Degree 2%. Course cost money, Degree 100GB. Improvement doesn't increase staff salary, however if you want a good staff better to hire a really good new one than to improve him. I think max improvement is 10%, so you want a max 99% guy, look for staff with at least 89%. |
