Corncening the current training shceme i think it's not too fair to the whole team development. For example if i choose to train tackling i don't see how that is going to improve my attackers yet i can only do tackling 4 d day. I suggest that the developers should try and find a way to split the training schedule for d day so that there will be section for defenders,midfielders and attackers. That way i can choose tackling,in depth passing and shot on goal or which ever combination in just a day. | 07/12/2011 14:59 |

that is what, being a manager is about...! deciding what you want your team to be good at.... any manager cant have everything... and that is true even for real life teams... Barca players are very good passers, Madrid are powerful, Chelsea used to be defensive... and so on... |

Basically we'd all either get better at an alarming rate, or you'd do this and they'd divide the training amounts by 3. You'd gain nothing. I'd gain, because I have decent prog players throughout my squad. Really what you want? Best moving away from the newbies? |
