Some of my junior players motivation is very low.Even players who play every game is at 55% and one on 25%.What's going wrong and how do l fix it? They all train in rotation on different days.ie forward midfielder defense. Any suggestions?

It looks like winning isn't the issue for your junior squad. Are you starting players with low versatility in "out of position" spots in order to make them starters? 'Cause that'll cause it too. 05/12/2011 11:30

Players in starting line-up in correct position - green = 100%
Players in starting line-up in similar position - yellow = 50%
Players in starting line-up out of position - red = 20%

Players as subs = 75%
Players as reserves = 50%

Add 5% to each for a win
Add 1%- 5% to each for dressing room accessory upgrade (level 1-5)

In your formation setup for juniors have different setups for different TRAININGS (this is whats important for juniors) where you have the most "green" positions for your players training after that league game.
In other words, if you want to train a LF RF and two CF's, 2 LM's and 2 RM's setup those positions (customize your line-up) then all those players after their league game will be at 100% cz they were in their green positions.
The other players you have in those positions (for example 2 more CF's) put them as subs so they still get that 75% or 80% for a win. Dont put them in your line-up cz they will not be "green" - they will have a lot less motivation and train badly.

You have pack manager so it hides the motivation, I see you have 2 GK's for senior and 2 for junior. The one will be at 100% for the starting line-up "green" position - the other one you need to put on the bench as a sub, then he will have 75-80%.

Make sure you check "LINE-UP" and "JUNIOR LINE-UP" just before each league game - positions can get swapped around on their own - its a bug.
Also ensure your "automatic" button on your line-up page is not grey - it must stay red. Click it again if its grey to make it red and fix your line-up and SAVE.

Thanks for the advice, but my GK in the juniors is always in the starting line up, he has never been on the bench or in the reserves, and is still only at 25% i have sacked alot of my players now, as i just want to concentrate on certain players i want for next or the season after, so i can structure my training so that the right areas will be training and not have to worry about other positions that i wont be needing. But i will be checking line-ups before every game from now on 06/12/2011 14:58

Let me know if it stays at 25% - will have to get the devs to fix it then. 06/12/2011 21:18
