So, for training and the staff, it gives you the option to give your coaches and other staff degrees and courses. What do these do? Which one would be most helpful to get? Thanks! |

They increase staff %. Degrees increase by 2% and course by 1% (Can only increase 5 times per staff member) I would recommend to increase for 89+ staff only so they can reach 99% (after 5 degrees). Also when you fire an upgraded staff he goes with what you upgraded him with and you will never found him again (I think) Note: When you upgrade salary stays the same |

Sounds great but percentage for what? is that just how well they train your team? |

Ok The better the percentage of each staff member: -The better the coaches and junior coaches train (i.e forecast is higher with better coach) -The better sponsor and TV offers, loans from bank you financial manager gets you -The faster and better Doctor heals you -The better are the players from scout and coach secretary and the faster researches finish -The better Physiotherapist and Psychologist work on fitness and morale (they increase it better) |
