good progression I'd say is 70-75%+ But you also have to consider that progression is just one of the aspects you have to count. There are also motivation and coaching level. For example if you have a player with 80% prog, but coach at 50% and low motivation, his training will drop like a rock. The only way to know the progression exactly is to look at it when the player shows up in your school. There are also formulas somewhere in the forum where you can calculate the progression based on the training, coach level and motivation. Check FAQ, I think it might be there. |
