It's tough but it's certainly possible. Gotta get top coaches, top stadium (something I didn't do, and am now paying for), build your junior squad through 1 or 2 schools, and make smart purchases. Right now (this is my 3rd season), I'm finally starting to feel like I have a chance of competing with some of the 'top' teams. 04/12/2011 08:23

its difficult to build a strong team but you certainly can within a shorter period than you expect.i just checked you team and sorry if i say its bad.just sell off the old players and gather the funds.get younger players with good progression and get the best coaches.choose 1 position you like in your senior and junior team and start training.get as much players as you can in these positions.when i started just 2 seasons ago,i always train different positions and my players didn't improve but when i focused in 1 position everything changed.i hope you'll find this helpful.goodluck. 04/12/2011 12:54

Best scorer
you're getting good advice in this thread.

Definitely sell off the older players & replace with young ones. if you don't have gb, train your whole team to see who has good prog. resign those players so they don't get hostiled, then build your squad around them.

expand your stadium a section at a time with every last penny you have. get pro seats asap.

You can look at people's join dates by clicking their user name. That will give you an idea how fast you can progress.
