Niral has been inactive for over 10 days. I am suggesting we start looking at a replacement, i have someone in mind but i wont post names in public yet. Tell me if you guys think we should get a replacement or just wait for niral, he might have an excuse or something. If we will get a replacement, i will NOT put it up for a vote. I will PM those of you who have posted (or will post) here for a yes/no on someone that I'll pick. Suggestions for other managers should be sent to me. Sorry for having to do it this way but people havent been voting so this is the only way to do it quick. |

if we wait until then, i assure you we wont find any good replacements. but that's 1 for waiting, i'll wait for some more people to say what they think before i do anything. |

Well. looking at his team would be happy if he stayed and i agree with sony.. Give him maybe till the weekend. if he still has'nt on yet. we should start to find new members =) |
