1. buy school (excellent netherlands is good starter = 10M) 2. you will know progression of players coming out. 3. trade with partners/friends you know to acquire certain subset of players with good progressions over 70 (I train RDF/LDF/CDF/DFM only) 4. train the hell out of them. 5. trade them back to your partners/friends when they have matured. voila, you have now grown a good team for the cost of a few schools, time, and dedication. |

Akay 2 said: what did u mean that has not answer my question Rebsiot did answered ur question. He is preparing something on training schedule for increasing attrib. (If I'm not mistaken) Training will affect certain attrib increase. If you choose every single training to be rotated, then ur players attrib increase will be minimal. You must consider which attrib to be increased in which position and then you may choose the training to be used since we are allowed to schedule 2 same training per week. But this all will also depends on your coach/youth coach rating. I believe most seniors(which active in forum) have the maximum. Just to share, do not put player's salary too high to maximize their release clause. Try check the market value (average), rise their salary until release clauses are 25% higher than market value. So even though your player had been hostile, you can still get the replacement with the money you've got with some profit. I throw this info as if we put the salary too high, we'll have problems in selling them back as their salary will kill whosoever purchasing them especially managers with small tickets income. |

Just did a search + for high prog... every player return was either way too pricey, resigned (R) or not eligble for signing (manager does not have enough experience (since he has not logged on for 2 months...)) brackets added by me... Waste of GB. |

You need to be specific on which post. LM/RM, IM, LIM/RIM, OM & DFM. Study the training table, there you shall have all the information. Take some note by moving your mouse cursor to it and it will tells you which post will be affected by that training. Just the basic for LIM/RIM, IM and LM/RM > Running, In-depth-passing, Crossing, shot on goal, running with ball, running and tackling. Other's you may select which had small impact on the attrib. DFM will be totally different with others mids. If you include him on training mids, other's mids will gain a bit lesser than training without considering him. |

Waste of GB. Man you should have adjusted your search criteria. You can select Resigned = No and you won't get any (R) players returned, also put your maximum value down (I set it at 10m). I used to set minimum average = 40 but recently I've found that they're harder to come by so I would recommend 35. I found and hostiled your LF with a GB search at the start of the season Edited by practicesquad 01-12-2011 00:06 |
