I think it should be easier to hire better coaches. I have been stuck with my 80% and 85% coaches for a few months now. Looking mostly everyday, I still have not been able to find a coaches in the 90%'s. this is frustrating as it's hindering the development of my players. | 27/11/2011 22:04 |

I found an 89% senior coach once when I was checking the staff list and noticed coaches changing very quickly. Looked like someone was burning cash to find one. I kept hitting refresh and when one popped up I got him first  Ironically, a month later I burned through 5m to find an 89+ junior coach and the best I could do was 87. Still have him, I check everyday for a better junior coach but they are hard to come by. I might go for another cash burning mission when I get a spare 10m  |
