 Quit your whining, it's one of the best features of the games and ensures players are actually bought and sold. Pay them correctly and chances are they wont be bought. If you really dislike it that much go play a different game because I don't think it will be changing anytime soon. 27/11/2011 02:25

don't worry..
I guess none of your players will be stolen..
they are not even 35+

increase only RIM (Andy Hill) salary according to it's market price (can check via similar transfer section)

Release Clause is a nice feature included in the game..
It happens in Real Life Soccer also..
You have to keep your player happy with high salaries, Else someone will get him offering better salary & so on..
and obviously there is option to negotiate with the owner for simple transfer...

Don't panic.. Enjoy!!
It's a game after all..

 i coulda swore there was an entire article that dealt with the intricacies of the hostile clause, and it was somewhere in the FAQ section...maybe i'm just losing my mind.
