1.I saw it some where around the help option that player can be bought but not less than ten percent of is transfer clause when negotiating with manager directly. But now adays manager will told you that they will be sanction if the sell players like that. Why. 2. Why is it that some teams that join the league around this same time with others in there league has better player than others. I think the developers said the team would be random and will be around the same average amon all the 20 teams. Some teams will start with average of 45 while some with average of 30. This is not equal at all. |

Keep reading that help section.... When you make it down to Game Rules: RULE 6, regarding transfers. That will answer your first question. I don't even understand your second question. If it is about private leagues....then that is a private matter. Joining them is entirely voluntary. |
