Look, I want to be clear here. I have not forced any of you to do anything, and that is not changing. Re-reading, my humor is a bit too subtle and borders more on threat than wry sarcasm. Sorry about that  .What I am trying to say is that unlike other private leagues, we share benefits like positional/tactical/players to buy, and this is paying off with great performance in league and striker cup. All I ask in return from you all is to help keep the league going. That means we need to find the most active, smart managers to replace those who move on for various reasons because we will lose a few each season, guaranteed. How do we find the smartest/most active? We'll find a few on our own, but our public persona is far more important. It has been a LOT easier to find teams this season because already our notoriety is increased. You need not put the word "mercenary" in your team name, but some reference "infamous 14 ***" where *** is your team's name, or something more clever (think Piratelona or Black Pearl Gunners). Again to be clear: the only thing I require of our managers is that you vote our articles up, be active on the forums, and let us know if you can't fulfill these obligations. Thanks, Greg |

I changed mine recently to match up with the Mercenary rationale. Mostly because I got tired of seeing Pirate logos everywhere and decided it was time to throw our weight around a bit. I kept my original team logo on the pocket of the man saluting just for histories sake. I like it, the cool thing about the Mercenary theme is you can pretty much do anything that surrounds blowing things up or shooting things, which is what we want to do when we play others Sorry if this infringes on any thoughts you had about Merc logo ideas or whatever @Cellog if it does at all. Well I never took any offence to your comments, I understand where your coming from.
