 I assume you asked about ur manager's experience.

Manager experience if based how you manage ur team.. to win or loosing..
you may check ur experience in ur Manager's profile.

increase if;
- won or draw against higher ranked team
- goal scored accounted

decreased if;
- lost or draw to lower ranked team
- goal conceded accounted

To consistently raise ur experience, make sure you have "sure win" team (through tactic and players).
