Hello everybody, Just a quick one; I promoted a 17 yr old junior player who had a rating of 39, and instantly his rating dropped to 19. His motivation is also now low. Does this always happen to juniors when they are promoted? If so why!?! Temporary promotions do not result in this, they keep their rating. How can you tell whether it's worth promoting a junior player? Are there any set rules here, or do they always lose a random amount of rating? Cheers folks |

Cheers folks When junior not ready to promote in 1st team you can see this in window when you choose Salary and Contract lenght: "The rookie is not ready for promoting to the first team yet. If you promote him now he might lose some confidence and we may ruin him forever.." That mean he is not ready. If you see big pinky "P" near player's profile - it maen that he is ready to promote to the 1rt team!!! That all ) Edited by kote398 21-11-2011 18:35 |

If morale dropped, then your player's average will also dropped. This usually happen if you early promote the player and the player aren't ready yet. (Supposedly you must have received reminder message for this) To make your players to maintain their average when promoting, then you should wait until 'P' are visible in the player's profile before you promote them. Some discussion said their forecast may be damaged due to early promotion but I don't know exactly how much it will be reduced. |

Forecast went from 90 to late 70's. That's a big drop. Don't promote early. Edited by grantis45 21-11-2011 21:06 |
