We all know that teams that play together for a long time perform better than teams that constantly implement new players; what do you think?
This would be a good addition the game
This would not be a good addition to the game
We do not need this
I don't care

I posted this topic awhile ago...

But I recently imagined how this would work.

Without going into details Team Coherence would be rated on how many games the players of a particular team have been playing together...

Team Coherence would determine if your team follows your tactics, formation and advance tactics.

If your team has played together for a X amount of games then you could have a near or perfect 100% response to your orders...
If you keep changing your players for new ones all the time then, you could have a 50% or below response to your orders...

This new setting would allow greater equality and more competitive play for lower rank teams...
Teams that throw around their economic power will lose some of their advantages...

Reverse can be true. Sometimes managers go out to get a player to keep others on their toes. And also some players can get bored after a couple of season and create disharmony. Two examples, Fabregas and Tevez. 22/11/2011 11:03

true... but those parameters, getting players to keep others on their toes-can get bored, are not measured in this game... they are kind of un-quantifiable...

the suggestion I am making is to reward those that work hard on their strategies and study each one of their players thoroughly and even though they might not be super-rich with this attribute they may compete, to a certain extent, against the giants of this game... It will prevent the petrification and control of the top ranks and probably Div. 1 and 2, along other necessary implementations, of the elite.

each player gets 0-10 chemistry points, so the 10 players on the field (excluding GK, they don't really need to know much about tactics as goalkeeping is same in all teams) form 100 points = 100%. If a team bought 4 new players and added them to the line up of 6 players who played in the team for a while, chemistry would be about 60%.

This is just an idea of concept that could be implemented, apart from that, i fully support this idea

yea, i like this way. The more more they play, the better form (chemistry) they get. Just like the versaltity/motivation issue.
