Mourinho cos he led Madrid from winning nothing to wining the Copa del Rey. Pep did not improve. He used to got every cup but this year he only got liga and champions league, Spanish super cup and European super cup (probably club world cup as well). So Pep is second . haha . |

About the prize first we have to decide what the "best coach" is. The one who wins more titles? The one who plays the best? Or What? If titles Guardiola should win it (2011--> Spanish League, Champions League, Spanish Supercup, European supercup and if no surprises the world cup of clubs). Mourinho shouldnt even be nominated he just won 1 copa de rey if that Mancini should also win because he won the FA cup.
