I have a 49% coach and i have been doing a varied training scheduled but for the last 3 weeks all my players have +0 for training is this a bug why would this be happening? | 17/11/2011 08:20 |

your coach sucks, that's why. Find a coach of at least 70-80% if you can't afford the high salary now. Mine is only an 84% coach but he's bringing around some results in the players. Obviously the players also need to have some good progression but even the low progression players show some improvement. So key is a good coach. Just keep checking back every few hours on the "hire" button under your current coach for a better one and be prepared to wait, finding a good coach is not easy. Be patient, they are worth the wait.
