I'm going to do a test. I'm going to promote this 25/16 IM before he is ready (no orange P). You can see his forecast - 89 I will then bring back his morale to 99 (it drops to 49 after early promotion) Then I will post his new forecast and we will know once and for all if early promotion actually affects the player detrimentally.  Stay Tuned  UPDATE: He has been promoted and you can see his morale has dropped to 49. http://uk.strikermanager.com/inicio.php?accion=/jugador.php%3Fid_jugador%3D4704941 We will see what happens to his forecast over the next couple of days until his morale is back to 99. Thats makes a big difference. You've got lots of unresigned juniors, 3 to be specific...hahaha GB searches nowadays barely return any of those high progression players, the 95+ ones. |
