I was thinking about making drastic changes in my tactics frequently just to see which tactic is the best. But, I was wondering if doing so will have any negative effect on my players' performance like in some PC manager games the team gets unsettled on changing tactics too often. |

No negative effect - go ahead, its the best way to learn tactics  Just bear in mind some tactics will work against some teams but not others - depending very much on the formation and way they play. |
