Hi I opened a school recently and had my first player today (pretty happy, feels like he's my child lol) he's 14 and avg is 10 is that how they come?? his progression is 65% ........... is it good enough??? not sure though what to do with him should I promote him straightaway or keep him in the school?? will that make him lose morale or something? it's the first time I had a baby and I don't really know what to do........... lol |

The average is misleading, when you promote him it will jump quite a bit. If you are going to train him yourself promote him as soon as you can. Players don't progress in school, so you gain nothing by keeping him there. If you are planning on selling him leave him in school and make your school public so others can see the progression for free. Personally, 65% progression isn't high enough for me, but I think that depends a bit on where you are in developing your team. |

I believe it is the last date that your school produced a player. | 16/11/2011 04:29 |

65% prog? Shoot, my "high" quality school does not produce anything near that . 80+ prog is what I look for, but I don't even bother to hope for that from S.Korea school ![]() |

Does 65 progression mean that the player's potential average is 65 if he is trained correctly? | 16/11/2011 06:09 |

No that is his forecast. There are two different measures forecast, basically what a players ceiling is, or put differently how good they can get. The other is progresssion, which is how fast they will get there. | 16/11/2011 07:38 |
