I have numerous players that don't seem to gain any experience, even though they have played 15-18 full games. So, how does this work? How does one gain experience? |

I don't know how experience is counted but according to FAQ we gain 2 skill points a season approx and yeah players gain exp by playing. |

That is crazy though. I have one player, a 15 year old goalie (on loan from another team) that has, in maybe 15-18 games, gained only something like 2.5 experience points. all of my players seemed to have stopped gaining any points even if i play higher or lower level teams, or even if i win or lose. i train everyday, and cant find anything about this in the FAQ. |

2.5 points for a GK in 15 games is very good - 0.17 per game. If he started every game in the season he would pick up 3 skills per season/year so by the time he is 25 he would have 30 skills. Very Nice. Penalty Expert 5 Panther save 5 Steel Lung 5 Celebrity 5 Precise Pass 5 and take your pick for another 5 Now thats some GK  |
