Just wanted to know if there is any particular way to restore stamina of players... would resting them work?? |

resting is the only way to improve stamina. 10 points gained per day if (and only if) their fitness is at 99. So run your physiotherapist every day. And if you don't have one, hire one. You don't need one better than about 80%, I have a 77% and my players are always at 99 fitness all season. | 12/11/2011 23:05 |

thanks I do run my fitness guy everyday so fitness is up at 99. I read somewhere high effort makes players decrease their stamina levels. and last weeek i found an "effort" button somewhere and put it to high thinking the team would go crazy on the field. lol so that might be the case |

yes, stamina decreases up to 20 points in a single game at maximum effort. maximum effort seems to up your players averages by almost 15 points in some circumstances, but once they get below about 15 stamina points (you can see it with the green bars turning to red), their performance drops way back to below their average. I only recommend using max effort if you plan to reduce it later or if your opponent is better than you and you need to win or draw. | 12/11/2011 23:12 |
