I got 27 offsides in my game, despite the fact that I have my forwards pulled as far back as possible. There were many dubious offsides called in this game. I was wondering, though, if the other team passes the ball, and I recover it, is that considered offsides? I am a silly yank, so I may not understand the rules of soccer well enough. this happened to me. what you have to do is go into tactics do advanced formations and make the strikers move deep towards the center circle when the ball is in you half and make sure on the advanced formations that when you move wingers keep the central strikers just behind the wingers. The reason for this is that most people you play will with the defense playing high up the field. and with the offside if the opposition passes and you intercept it is not offside (BUT i'm not sure if this game realizes this as i haven't seen it in one of my games yet) hope this is understandable.
