To make player turnover in the game more realistic, I'll suggest that a new quality that could be called 'Team Work' be included for each player. This quality should determine a player's contribution to a team and should reduce when the player changes team. The new value upon change should depend on experience. The drop should be less for more experienced players. 08/11/2011 08:52

Good idea, I guess. Player's loyalty and love on the team should be counted. When a player spend a long time in the same team (like 2 seasons or more) must have some sort of value. 10/11/2011 10:39

Why do we care about player turnover? In reality, the only turn over that happens is if you get rid of player on the market or they get taken by hostile means. Seems that this feature wants to curb hostile take overs which would actually make the game worse.

In real life I don't think players are worse when they switch teams in all/many cases. Especially when they move to a better team and are getting paid more money. Personally, I think adding this complexity would make the game worse and not better..
