How can this make sense,i employ a doctor pay him weekly, yet when i'm ill and pay him a visit i pay him.if i should pay him everytime i'm sick and pay him a visit wats the use of having him on my weekly pay roster.simply put, managers should not pay for doctors, physiotherapist, psychologist daily recoveries 07/11/2011 23:42

u dont pay him for every visit.....look at it from this angle. u have a medical institution and u have employed staff then when u are sick u consult the doctor for diagnostics after which he tells u the problem,u will need to buy drugs prescribed and may be its surgical case,u will need to pay for the services of a specialist (surgeon)......so its not that u pay extra for every visit,u only incure the cost of treatment(recovery in this case) and u get to pay him wages because he is your employee. Hope this helps 08/11/2011 05:31
