there is a player that has 0% motivation... yet all his other stats are normal... what does this mean and what effect does this have on the player and his ability on the field? |

Yes thank you... but how does a player get go be 0% motivation yet have 99 fitness and 99% stamina? |

You lose motivation when you play in the wrong position and when you lose games. So probably a mixture of the two and not using his psychologist. |

So probably a mixture of the two and not using his psychologist. i tend to use my psychologist anytime a player or two get below about 70 morale, it can be quite costly depending on how good the psychologist is but if you concentrate your finances toward upgrading your staium stands rather than facilities or schools n stuff, you will make much more money to splash around. its also worth remembering to keep an eye on your player skills on each players info page because you can quickly make a lot of money by making them celebs. most people forget about player skills and upgrading them. although my advice is more finance based, it will help you to use your staff as you like and keep players happy. |
