I have a normal school in netherlands since abt 2 months now...the best player progression achieved till date is 71.75%...but that player has a low average...will upgrading it to excellent produce better players and will this increase their frequency as well??? | 06/11/2011 02:50 |

Frequency is set by country it is static regardless of how good the school is. The average will go up when you promote him from school. Increasing the quality of the school mostly give you a chance at better progression. | 06/11/2011 04:36 |
