Use your psychologist every day otherwise their morale goes down, which in turn makes their average go down. Also the players with red arrows next to them are getting worse because they are old. |

Thanks for your answer but even the younger players have reduced their level. The morale of my players decreased but not very much only 4 of 5 point. I try the psychologist as suggested grantis45. I hope it will solve the problem because it's disappointing. | 06/11/2011 20:04 |
