I gave up an 11 game streak without conceding a goal, today. A central defender received a red card. a little out of place, but anyway.. I didn't set up an subs for this game, but it probably wouldn't have made a difference as I still was a player down with a huge gap in my defence. In reality a manager would normally sub a midfield or a forward player to close that gap. What would happen if the goalkeeper gets sent off? is this possible? Maybe not but anything can happen......... Red Card tactics. Goal Keeper: a)Select your reserve keeper(if you have one that is) to sub a pre-selected player. b) Select an on field player to cover the goalkeeping duties if all three subs have already been made. Defender: Select 1 Defender on your subs bench to substitute a pre-selected on field player, closing the hole in the defensive. Or add something to the game situation. |

One of your MF will actually slide back when your defender is ejected, if you watch the game commentary they actually mention that. | 02/11/2011 21:12 |

Yes this helps, but doesn't solve the tactics, there should be some kind of option to cover this. | 02/11/2011 21:19 |
