Some of my player's average has been dropping regardless of training, playing time and motivation. I have a psychologist working on their motivation. They players are rotated in games on a weekly basis so I can't explain this drop in avg. Can anyone shed some light on this and tell me how I can get their average back up? Actually id suggest replacing the ones that are falling. They are gonna continue to fall no matter what you do. They're above the peak age. Most players that hit the upper 20's in age, they're pretty much shot and will decrease in average, and drop even faster when trained no matter the training. | 02/11/2011 04:12 |

the guys in question are 21 and 25 years old? I can see how that can be on the 25 y/o but for the 21 year old it doesn't make sense. I might just take your advice |
