 how good must a player be (in respect to his age) so that I can promote him? I remember having read avg 40/age 18 somewhere, but cant find the thread anymore. Please instruct me

 You'll know when there is a yellow P next to their name. Lately I've seen that the 40/18 isn't exactly true, I've seen 38/18 that are promotable. Before it was

 cheers! thats exactly what i needed to know.

I am afraid at my quality youth team I can only work towards a 17/51 promotion for my best players...
