But Uruguay is quite the small school and the excellent school gave out the 90 prog. 43/14 LF .....so I wouldn't say the country rating does much, specially since the country ratings never change. |

Cause all my schools give a player bout same time frame of 14 days. I would say only thing that affects my players is the quality. You'll have to play round a lil bit. My normal Uruguay school gave bout 40-50 progression most, where my first player from my excellent Uruguay school came out 90 prog. |
