 You can adjust it by having a better coach and by continually training things that make that player get better.

It's a forecast. ie what the computer thinks that player will get to based on what you've been doing. 		01/11/2011 17:35

 Not an enormous amount. Constant training of that position may boost his forecast 5-6 points.
